Become A UK NURSE

Step 1 - Demonstrate English Language Proficiency

IELTS with minimum score of 7 in speaking, listening and reading and 6.5 in writing or OET with minimum grade of B in speaking, listening and reading and C+ in writing

Step 2 - Complete NMC Registration

Applicant will create online account and complete application. NMC will confirm eligibility for registration within 14 days

Step 3 - Complete the Computer Based Test (CBT)

CBT assures the NMC that applicant has the right knowledge to practice nursing in the UK, applicants can get there results within 48 hours of taking the test.

Step 4 - Attend Online Interview

Attend The Online Interview & Secure a Job Offer for the role. Secure job offer and complete pre-employment checks. Once the offer has been accepted the applicant can secure the certificate Of Sponsorship from Employer - The sponsorship reference number is used for tier 2 visa application

Step 5 - Submit Tier 2 Health and Care Worker Visa Application

The applicant will submit there application for their Tier 2 visa, applications are normally approved within 3 weeks, Once their application has been approved they can travel to the UK.

The New Vision Recruitment Agency was established after two years of meticulous preparation and research into how we may assist professionals around the world, particularly nurses from the Philippines and internationally. Two individuals with extensive backgrounds in both recruitment and healthcare founded the company. Our goal is to assist the top medical professionals from around the world in addressing the UK's medical workforce shortage.

Mr. RG Padua, a registered radiographer from the Philippines made the transition himself to the UK 19 years ago. He has worked at multiple NHS trusts and currently works at Guys and St. Thomas Hospital, one of the largest NHS Trusts in London and the United Kingdom. Additionally, he has devoted ten years working as a marketing director in the real estate sector, opening offices in Madrid, and London. Mr. Tom Benson also co founded the company, he spent many years working as a Senior Consultant for one of London's largest recruitment agencies before joining Guys and St. Thomas Hospital working in operations. He has also held managerial administrative positions in private hospitals and has a Business Management degree from The University of Southampton.
